How to be a guest 1
Learning the names of accoutrements for the guests.
Sitting down, standing up, walking and bowing in tea room.
Entering tea room and observing the objects displayed
Leaving tea room
Taking sweets and tea
2nd day
How to be a host/hostess 1
Review of previous lesson
Learning the names of basic utensils used by a host (hostess)
Folding and using the silk purifying cloth
Using the linen cloth and tea-whisk
Entering tea room as a host/hostess
3rd day
How to be a host/hostess 2
Review of previous lessons
Preparing the simplified tray style
Making tea in simplified tray style 1
4th day
How to be a host /hostess 3
